Important information
- All prices quoted are the apartments per day, excluding local taxes (€2,00 per night per person aged 15 or over), and final cleaning (price depends on apartment).
- Check in: Apartments are available to occupy from 16:00 - 20:00. If arriving earlier or later than this, please contact reception.
- Check out: In order for us to prepare the apartment for the next guests, we ask that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 at the latest.
- Minimum duration of stay: 3 nights. In high season (winter) the minimum duration of stay is 7 nights.
- Shortstay supplement: 20% (For a stay of up to 3 nights)
- Reservations: To secure a reservation it must be in written form with payment of a deposit made by bank transfer.
- Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer in advance, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the house Porti Sport. At the Ferienhaus and in the house Tuenta we are looking forward to meet your pets. (€ 15,00/per night)
- Travel cot and high chair available free of charge

Travel cancellation insurance

In the case of cancellations, the following terms apply:
WINTER
- free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival;
- 1 month up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price;
- in case of late arrival and/or early daparture, 100% will be charged;
SUMMER
- free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival;
- 1 month up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price;
- in case of late arrival and/or early daparture, 100% will be charged;
